GestorCX Academy
Online training built from your company's own standards and processes
We transform procedures, standards, protocols and operational knowledge into training programs for the people who need to apply them.
GestorCX develops the content and assessments. Your company manages users, assignments, progress and certifications from its own corporate academy.
The problem it solves
A generic course cannot explain how your company works
It can teach customer service, sales or leadership techniques. But it cannot explain what procedure a person should follow inside your organization, what the company expects in a concrete situation, how they should serve customers, what they should verify or when to escalate a problem.
How it works
From procedure to training
The company brings its standards, manuals, processes or internal content. GestorCX organizes and transforms them into courses, modules, resources and assessments based on the roles that need training.
We start from what the company defines
Manuals, standards, procedures, protocols, policies, roles and commercial materials can all serve as a starting point. We also work with standards developed within a prior consulting project.
We develop the training
GestorCX structures courses, modules and assessments based on the people who need to learn or reinforce that content. The program can combine video, text, documents, visual materials, practical scenarios and assessments.
We implement it in Academy
Each company has its own environment within GestorCX Academy, with its visual identity, users, organizational structure and assigned programs.
The company manages its teams
Authorized managers can add learners, organize them by branch, zone, area or role, assign training and track progress.
Training formats
The format is defined by the content
Programs can incorporate video, documents, visual content, practical scenarios and assessments, and be assigned to specific people or groups.
Video
Scenarios, explanations, demonstrations and audiovisual content developed for the program.
Visual content and text
Concepts, procedures, examples, reminders and reference material.
Documents
Manuals, procedures and other resources that should be part of the learning path.
Practical scenarios
Cases where the person must interpret a situation and decide how to act.
Assessments
Questions and exams to verify understanding of the content.
In-person activities
Record of workshops, roleplay, coaching and other instructor-led sessions.
Paths by role
Each role can have a different training path
Academy allows you to organize learning paths based on each group's responsibilities.
Sales and service staff
Customer service, products, commercial processes, protocols and sales scenarios.
Managers and team leads

Management and tracking
The company can track each person's progress, assessments and training status
Managers know what training each person has assigned and what their current status is in real time.
Individual progress
Each learner's advancement and completed resources within their path.
Assessments and results
Record of exams, scores and attempts made.
Assignments
Paths can be assigned to the right people based on the organization's needs.
Internal organization
Users structured by branch, zone, area and internal roles.
Validity
Training can have a set validity period or remain active indefinitely.

What GestorCX does
We develop and maintain the content
We analyze the source material, structure the training and create the standards, courses, modules, assessments and corresponding requirements.
We also maintain the content structure and version history when modifications are made.
What your company manages
Manages its people
It can manage learners, organize its internal structure, assign paths, track progress, review results and monitor the status of training and certificates.
There is no need to turn the HR team into course developers or learn to use an authoring tool.
Part of a broader process
Academy within a GestorCX project
When Academy is part of a broader project, the journey can begin before the training itself. And when operational audits or Mystery Shopper programs exist, subsequent observation allows analyzing whether what was taught is also happening in the operation.
Passing a training program demonstrates learning. Field execution requires measurement.
Next step
If you already have standards or procedures, we can transform them into training
If they are not yet well defined, we can first work on what the operation needs to standardize.
